Martinez Drives In Four as Old School Rallies Past Make It A Double, 11–6

Fred Martinez delivered a huge performance at the plate, going 4-for-4 with four RBIs to lead Old School Softball Club to an 11–6 victory over Make It A Double on Tuesday at Chelsea Park.

Martinez got Old School started with a two-run single in the first inning, then added a two-run double in the sixth to help put the game away.

Trailing 5–2 entering the bottom of the third, Old School completely changed the momentum with a five-run rally. The lineup produced seven hits in the inning, with Ryan Colón delivering an RBI single as the team surged ahead, 7–5.

Old School finished with 19 hits in another strong all-around offensive performance. Isaac Woofter, George Colón, Joe Torres, Ryan Colón, Andy Santana and Michael Peckins each recorded multiple hits, giving the team contributions throughout the lineup.

With Martinez leading the way and the offense applying pressure from top to bottom, Old School turned an early deficit into an impressive comeback victory.
